Site Supporter MickyD Posted December 19, 2023 Site Supporter Posted December 19, 2023 So, BWFC decide to monetise the videos, Nathan decided he didn’t agree so shared them. BWFC ban him. Surprised? No, not really! Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted December 19, 2023 Posted December 19, 2023 Seems fair to me (even though I was planning on watching them both on YouTube tonight 😂) Quote

The holding Sharon’s arm saying how wonderful she is was a bit cringe. It’s nice they are pushing being part of Bolton. Hopefully it galvanises the town to back the team. We can’t keep relying on mancs like @Casino and @tomski Quote
Members burnden Posted April 12, 2024 Members Posted April 12, 2024 From next season Five Championship and five League One/Two games screened each week (i.e. not at Saturday 3pm) Quote

I've renewed but I'm really not looking forward to games at any time Quote
Site Supporter FrancisFogarty Posted April 12, 2024 Site Supporter Posted April 12, 2024 It's going to back to covid times, apart from the disease. Smaller crowds, (even) less atmosphere, less income from Fanzone and the hotel, less parking revenue, less need for buses, stewards bar staff. It's the thin end of the widge. Quote

Moderators Casino Posted April 12, 2024 Moderators Posted April 12, 2024 Im sure sky will be paying enough to cover media losses The big issue is what it does to ST sales Quote
Site Supporter FrancisFogarty Posted April 12, 2024 Site Supporter Posted April 12, 2024 And as I said, less fans in the ground the less the atmosphere. And more of the massive adverts that were draped over the seats. Who was it that sold cutouts to put in front of your seat. Make it look like you’re there? Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 ‘You can keep the black out, but it’s your own fault if it means we’re going to twat about with your fixtures’ Dread what the slots are going to be And the Pompey away game proved the notice periods are a crock of shit Quote

bolton va va Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 If i'm reading that right, IF we go up, there's only about a 50/50 chance of us playing at 3pm Saturday. In the championship, I doubt we'd be a popular pick for tv games & our games chosen would probably be mostly home games against more "fashionable" clubs. If we're still in div 1, as "big fish", we could get picked just as often which could be a pain for rearranging away games.....just hope there would be plenty of warning of fixture date/time changes. Whitesince63 Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 Well Sky have destroyed PL football for all but the big boys and now they’ll do the same to the EFL. Sorry but they and their money are the scourge of football in this country and I certainly won’t be putting any money in their coffers. Bad move this I believe, what on earth was wrong with iFollow or Wanderers TV where the clubs had control? Quote
