I've not read any other comments but I've just watched it and its never a red.  A yellow yes, if that's a red the game's gone.

I think it’s border line red, he’s leapt in it’s a rash challenge he’s missed the ball and connected with his ankle, I don’t think he can argue against it being red.

Nlundulu changed the game when he came on. We were getting over run, it at least stemmed the tide.

1st time this season Bod looked properly fit, give him an hour on Tuesday.

Jones is not a top player. Got away with him last season but we have better than him. Iredale equally as poor.

Good point in the end. Could have been 2 down after 15 mins so will take a point

Is that our 3rd red in 6 games?

Suggests amongst other things, we now have a discipline problem

One way of looking at it

Not a view I share, tbh

Satisfying draw in the end. JDB and Dan gave us the outball we needed to survive.

Furious with Jones though, the arrogant twat.

If there's a player/bloke that isn't arrogant, its Jones.  Cracking bloke and a good player, just made a poor challenge that should have been a yellow, calm down.

I remarked last week, about Toal, that getting red for anything not action related (dissent, shirt removed, time wasting, stabding too close) is unacceptable.

But how can Evatt complain, discipline or control his players given that he rants uncontrollably so much & so often.

He needs to calm tf down.

We might've rode our luck but we showed great character to hang in

I agree with those impression with JDB and Nlundulu

I'm wondering if our injury problems might prompt a temporary re-think on our formation?

A back four and width high up the pitch (as we had in the second half) could be a really good option for us

Probably not, but it's food for thought

Thomasson can fuck right off the useless cunt. Fucking woeful pass to put us in trouble. Midfield I'd getting over run and that the fact that useless cunt can't run doesn't help.

Seriously, whats the matter with you

Thomasson cost us the first goal

He gets booked every week, which he has to cut out

But, useless cunt is a disgraceful comment

Im not even a fan of him, I think his limitations will stop him going far, but fucking hell, lads run himself into the ground

I agree it’s a poor comment from AD but if we want to get out of this league GT can’t be a guaranteed starter, it also shows the desperate need for a Karl Henry type player, that type of player would would eat GT alive.

Eventually. You could hear a pin drop the first 10 mins

I thought Posh fans did themselves a disservice when they pointed out that it was a "library" about 15 into the 2nd half and yes you could hear a pin drop, it was even quieter than the flat 1st half.  That seemed to spark crazy corner into a reaction, it all picked up from there and much of the ground was joining in for most of the last half hour, the nearer we got to a point, and we never heard Posh again.  I did think the crowd played a part in stirring the team into a battling last half hour and we can take a little bit of credit for the point (for the many that remained steadfastly silent, thanks for nothing😀) .

Good post.

I’m a fan of the 3-5-2 and I think the players we have recruited are with this in mind, so I’m not sure it’s going to change. But as you say food for thought - us battling out that point and having options wide and front on the break with a back 4 looked good in the 2nd half.

And I’m another one who is giving credit to Dan and JDB.

But all those 2nd half players deserve credit and a pat on the back tonight, lots of character and no signs of any fitness/tiredness issues today!

Not sure what you have against Baxter, had an absolute stormer today.  Between him and Forrester for MOM (Forrester not the best first half but outstanding defending 2nd half).

I respect that opinion but I just see that is what you get a yellow for.  Otherwise what is a yellow, surely its when you deliberately foul someone.  A red for me is when its dangerous, very forceful, high or 2 footed for eg, I admit Jones' foul was a bit worse than most yellows, but not a red for me.  I'm a bit frustrated because that's 2 home games running where the 2nd half is ruined as a spectacle/proper game by (IMO) incorrect red cards, we come to watch 11 v 11 and the refs seem to love sending players off.

Anyone else sit east lower by north stand ?

On way out one of the exits was shut with a lock and chain on it , not sure that is a good idea for what must be a fire exit !

Not the best result pre match but in perspective it feels like a win due to that stupid red card that put us majorly up against it. Will Forrester I thought was our best player today, really stood up to everything especially second half. We got our luck with the woodworks but the work we put in off the ball as a unit whilst down to 10 probably warranted the luck. Bod looked sharp coming on, looked bang up for it so hopefully that's a sign that he's ready to go & Dan actually looked like he did something for once when he came on.
