Wouldn’t be surprised to see Iredale come in for Williams

Not a bad shout, extra height/strength, but so far he's been untouchable.

If we play the same team, I'm not confident, but we did thrash them last season at our place, so it can be done.

Would like to see the likes of Ashworth at least on the bench too. Options to shore things up as well as attack.

Now there’s a shout - I’d forgotten Iredale can play there (although I don’t remember being blown away by him first time around).

I’d just resigned myself to Randy on that side until at least Jan, I don’t think he’ll be dropped today but there’s at least hope that there’s a viable alternative to him playing there every game!

He wouldn't necessarily pose the same attacking threat, but I reckon he's more built for the test.

I'm not so convinced as to Williams' readiness to stop crosses coming in neither, let alone defending one from the other side.

Randell was class in the first half on Saturday. Really don't see why people have an issue with him.

No real issues as such. Just see Iredale as just the type he’d play there tonight. Played him in all these types of fixtures last year and would make sense he’s now seen again as more of a LWB than LCB with Toal returning

He’s a winger

I wouldn’t either, but I think last time we tried to deliberately match up a team with more  “physicality” we ended up 3-0 down after 30 mins, probably at Burton.

Williams reaped the rewards of direct attacking football on Saturday- running at defenders and getting his shots off instead of getting wide and then playing it back again or trying to tip tap it through a packed defence.

It was a very refreshing half hour of aggressive attack with no messing about.

I wouldn't say no to fielding the same line up as we did that day.

I'm resigned to it for the season TBH.  We have "cover" in Ashworth and Iredale, so not short of numbers that would justify signing a 4th left back in Jan (although we did last Jan!), and Iredale seems to be same as Jones now, treated as a centre back.  I'm prepared to be wrong on this but I don't think Iredale will start another game at LWB unless the other 2 are injured.  Same as Jones won't play RWB unless JDC is injured IMO.

He played well in the 1st half, credit where its due.

Doesn't get nearly tight enough to try to prevent crosses, often sloppy and half hearted in possession, weak in the challenge, poor defending generally and final ball/crossing is very poor.  Just my opinion, and I know he has some qualities too.
