Whatever way you look at it it’s a good draw . At home lower opposition can’t ask for more to progress which it’s all about

We've had 5 home draws on the trot now and managed to lose all the previous 4 ties!

Plymouth, Crewe, Stockport and Barnsley were the previous 4, Solihull definitely higher placed than Stockport were when we played them so definitely not an easy game.

Don’t think they do the ‘shift half the games to Sunday’ thing any more (although that would suit me fine this time around)

Aah yes, last year they only had 4 games after the Saturday and they were all non league teams at home, looks like a definite Saturday match for us.

I actually quite like that they don't shift a load of games to the Sunday. It detracted from what is a unique day. A vast amount of fixtures with many weird and wonderful pairings that will probably never happen again other than a pre-season friendly. Its democratic footballing chaos and the results page in the Sunday papers has/had a fascination it doesn't reach on any other footballing weekend.

Our draw is certainly a banana skin. No idea if Solihull are a physical side but if they are then we may have a problem with them.
