Site Supporter Winchester White Posted December 22, 2023 Site Supporter Share Posted December 22, 2023 We got a Christmas tree from Costco years ago. It was expensive but had all the lights fitted before that was the norm and I think it was 200 quid. Same or similar tree this year is £750! The FiL has a big vase with branches in it in his living room so he just puts some cheap LED lights round them, he's got the right idea. Site Supporter only1swanny Posted December 25, 2023 Site Supporter Share Posted December 25, 2023 Got a tree from a removals customer about 11 years ago, still use it and it does the job. I really don't like Christmas, but wife and kids do, she's mentioned "getting a new one for next year", might get one cheap in the sales
captainmed
We’ve had the same tree for 25 years. Still looks the part IMO but every year the family pester for a new one. It does a job for 10 days or so.
