Fair play to those to do believe. I’ll not be knocking em but anyone who doesn’t think it is on is perfectly entitled to do so. It’s our own fault we’ve ended up in the scenario we are in so little sympathy on last day scenarios of could he should he etc Lets hope we go up either way. Quote
Wanderlust Posted April 24, 2024 Posted April 24, 2024 George Johnston was on that video this week about kicking balls into a bucket with Thommo, Forrester and Morley. Looked perfectly healthy to me. Is he training with the squad? Is there any chance he may make an appearance this season? Quote

It’s embarrassing Funny game football. Might have been better waiting until after the game until having a pop at 'deluded cunts'. I think you are correct in what the result will be. Can't see anything other than a comfortable Derby win. Why set yourself up though? The 1% shot does get up on occasion. Personally, I hope the deluded cunts are right in this case. For the record, the punters club I am involved in down here does a football double every weekend. Last weekend it was a pissy $1.50 double on Atalanta to qualify (with a 3-0 lead at half time!) and a weekend Braga victory over the bottom of the league. The latter only got up in the late stages of the game! This weekend I have been able to persuade them to pair Derby County with the one they had already isolated (barcodes). This time it's a $1.72 double. Even though thousands go on, I won't be disappointed if Derby lose and we lose our stake for only the fourth time this season. Quote
Smiley Posted April 25, 2024 Posted April 25, 2024 Had the dream last night. Carlisle raced into a 2-0 lead at Pride Park. We reciprocated and did the same at Posh. However, Derby pulled one and then another back. They then had a player sent off. Carlisle trying everything to get a third. We managed to go 3-0 up. But Carlisle didn’t pull it off and Derby fans invaded the pitch, promoted. Shit dream! Quote

I'm not a betting man but that Bet365 price was too good to ignore. Had to set up an account and get on it. I'll be pissed off anyway if we lose so the stake won't make it worse but if it goes our way I'll be absolutely stoked for 2 reasons. Edited April 25, 2024 by perth_white Thanks added Quote
Lostock Whites Posted April 25, 2024 Posted April 25, 2024 With relatively low expectations of any promotion happening on the day, I am quite looking forward to just watching a proper football match. The 2 teams have both scored the most amount of goals and have averaged the highest possession this season: Posh - 62% Bolton - 60% Should be an interesting tactical game, with 2 teams looking to play a similar game. Only a mile from station. turn right as you come out and cut all the way through the car park as far as you can, then onto the main road. Take a right after Asda and it's a straight run from there.
