Whilst I do like Evatt and can’t argue with the job he’s done here I genuinely believe he’s so set on a certain way and has zero ability to change or adapt. Other managers can be flexible something I never see from Evatt and I just don’t think he’s a motivator. Time to go I think Ian as we reset.

I'm not an Evatt fan, as most know, but I've always said I'm happy for him to ram that view down my neck. This doesn't feel good but it's become our default and that has to change.

Embarrassing, whilst I have always been an Evatt fan, he was out thought by Oxford, they put Paris and Sheehan out of the game from the off and Evatt had no answer.

Things don’t change unless you change something and I think it’s now best for both Ian and the club that that change comes now. Play offs twice now and failed miserably in both. Time for Ian to move on.
