It was wasn't it ?

Great to see a game when both teams are having a go.

Best neutral game I've seen for ages. Goals were great and both teams going for it. Really refreshing.

Just chatting with my sister in law in Germany and we were talking about how the "top sides" are focused on control and possession - which can be a bit boring and sterile. None of that in today's game - 90 minutes of gung-ho attack and risk taking. Brilliant.

In a way yes.

But it was probably a game both teams thought they could win.

I know we got some stick for playing poorly, but it's always tough against teams who stick men behind the ball.

And at this level they're well organised and fit.

If we play say, France in the knockout stages, be different as they'll obviously come at us.

We've got some great players who will benefit from more room to play in.

Imo of course.

But yeah, it was a bloody great game 😀

Agbonlahor is a goodn. One of the best they've got for me. Must say I'm warming to the idea, although like I said yesterday your losing Bellinghams surges.

Looks to me it's which is the lesser of two evils.

Wasting Fodens talents stuck out on the left? Or losing a bit of Bellinghams attack by having him deeper?

Or drop Foden all together for a natural wide man?

Whichever it is we just cant be playing anyone serious with no left sided attack.

I'm going the other way

Ok, go again with the same line up and see if we can do any better

If not, we change it for the last group game

I don't think it'd be a good idea to go into the first KO game playing a different line up / approach to the last group game

But aye, I'd drop Foden for Gordon before playing Foden on the left if he can't contribute to the levels he does at city

Yeah, wasn’t really looking forward to it much but a brilliant game for the neutral. Should have been a draw really, felt a bit sorry for the Georgians as they played with a bit of freedom.

Enjoy your journey, pal.

Can't stand Turkey, my favourite home game was against them at Sunderland and they wasn't so 'Ultra' that night.  The sooner that turd is flushed is the better for the Euros.

Hate the horrible bastards.

Euro 2000 was horrendous, just after the Leeds stabbings.

All tooled up and thousands of them in Brussels.

Was worried for a while that it wasn't going to be on the rain has been intense all day, soaked to the kecks!

Atmosphere was something else, got headache now. Need the sun to come back tomorrow though, feels like November.

I just don't get why they keep lobbing it into the box. I know Ronaldo has a great leap on him, but unless the cross is good enough to beat Soucek et al it's pointless. Half their team are capable of making killer passes along the deck so they just need some better movement to get played in and get their shots off quicker. Surely Martinez will be having words at HT?

As for entertainment value...it's a case of after the Lord Mayor's show.

Game needs the Czechs to nick a goal.

Just the opposite.

Needs the Czechs to come out more and that’ll only happen if they concede.

Is that an old picture of Tom Waites cerca 1975 BTW?
