Wanderlust
Thought Dan showed some good stuff on the rare occasions we got the ball to him.

First full season with us was in this division and he looked the part (as did Dempsey) Neither has come anywhere near showing the same form since, despite us finishing much higher up the table

Not disagreeing but he's our best player from set pieces (especially penalties) unless I've forgotten someone, and not many in the squad other than Collins have a better shot than him.

radcliffe white
Far cry from the 2nd half last friday good few first teamers missing but some of these are clearly bench warners
Marc505
It's going to be absolute carnage that first time we can't beat a press and end up giving the ball away at Orient.
Wanderlust
Looked a bit more like it since George came on IMO. Shame Dion didn't finish that chance.

Wrexham is going to be horrific but the Exeter match will be the one when it all goes to pot. Go into that match with no points and then we’ll start slow. Sheehan and Thomason asking for the ball despite having 3 players up behind em. Ball bouncing off victor upfront and Collins and Lolos playing in the holes but absolutely no game plan to play into their feet. Baffling
radcliffe white
From the 2 games I’ve seen there looks no improvement from last season but there’s players to come in so let’s see

Don't think we've seen out best team out yet. Dion looked rusty to me and that will improve and Dan seems to have learned how to hold up the ball. A couple of astute signings - better wide men to push the opposition back down the sides (where JDC and especially Iredale got into trouble tonight IMO) - and we'll be a different proposition. Yes that’s why I will reserve final judgement yet, the left is a worry and no doubt for IE too we can’t just use Cogley as an outlet Edited July 30 by radcliffe white

Baffling  Thing is, I fully expect our starting lineup to look very different by Exeter than against Orient. August is going to be hectic for transfers for loads of teams. It needs patience really but I think many have run out of it. As soon as Santos stops with the ball at his feet it'll be feral 😂

Didledee
Knock on effect of what these bottlers did in the 2nd half of last season and in the final, will need more first team signings to change the mood or when things go wrong next season what happened last season will come back in the minds and it'll get very negative soon. a lot of pressure on these players for what they did and so it needs change, some talented players but mentally might be fragile
