Leyther_Matt
Neck Oil has really grown on me the last few years. But, on the Friday of the weekend that shan’t be mentioned, it cost me £8.50 for a pint of it near Euston and I’ve never touched it since out of sheer stubbornness. We got in the Camden bar at Wembley. Top notch stuff indeed. I call in the White Horse at Harwood occasionally and it's Neck Oil for me. It's all a bit odd, Asahi is Japanese but the stuff we drink is brewed here, but they also own Peroni, which is still brewed in Italy I think. As mentioned further above though, German beers tend to be the best, in my opinion.
deeane Koontz
Not tried it (knowingly). Might try a couple of bottles tonight.

I found some beermats of Loweswaters Gold in a pub in Lancaster but they never had the beer and denied they had ever even heard of it , but all their beer mats on tables.🤷 Lovely pint that. They have it in the Goose and Gander in Blackrod/Little Scotland

Holidaying in Garda a few years ago Lidl were selling these at €1 a piece. I'm not a big larger drinker but bought a few of each. Never seen them over here. Hooked on the previously mentioned Victoria Marengo Negra at the moment and couldn't believe my luck yesterday when my local Dan Murphys 'bottle-O' had a shelf full of Shepherd Neame Double Stout. Grows hairs on your fucking hairs that stuff!
