Are many going on Tuesday?

I know a lot want us to get knocked out early but I see it as another good opportunity for fringe players to get game time, and anyone who is playing poorly to bounce back.

Not a clue what team Evatt will put out tonight except that Arfield will probably be in it. Opportunity to work on ironing out some of Saturday's problems and whoever plays I hope their ears are ringing.

A win would tell us very little.

But a defeat, when fielding what I think will be a pretty strong team, would be extremely damming on both Evatt and the side that he picks.

I do wonder what would happen if a club did just that.

OK five grand down the swanny, but if that was the only punishment, then so what?

Not that it would happen- Evatt had always made his intention to play a strong side in this. 

We've also had a rather good day out as a result fairly recently.

Thanks for the reminder, I normally get it out of the way on Monday but it'll pass the time on Tuesday

I think it’s a bit of a dilemma for Evatt thi one. He can’t really afford to lose it or the knives will be even further out, especially if we have a fairly strong team out. Barrow are no mugs and have been doing well but will they put a weakened team out to save players for league duty? Probably so we really should get through this and a good performance will settle everybody down going into the break.

I agree. Last thing we need is an injury in a nothing game. I would take the fine.

Play the strongest side. They need to learn the system to give us half a chance in the league. Treat it like the pre season game they haven’t had or whatever shit excuse he rolls out
