Y'see I believe in the players. There are many very capable ones in that squad, but he makes them play as automatons. They have to remove their brains & fit his rather stilted style.

The passing game is lovely at times. Neat, intricate, attractive. But so, so, so fckg slow. We all know the arguments.

I've come to the conclusion he doesn't understand what fans means by a plan B. He thinks the only other style of football is long ball. He's completely oblivious that there are multiple ways of implementing a plan B without having to go long: change formation to get a tactical advantage, play the ball forwards on the floor faster, learn how to use set pieces and being on players who are good at them etc.

I've only just listened to that Bolton FM interview, it's actually worse than the caption makes out isn't it. Fuck me, negativity all season? We were raring to go at Orient, the scenes at FT were fully behind them all. Put on a massive crowd v Wrexham, a couple of K to Charlton.

Do me a fucking favour. Not the first time he's gone after the fans either. He really, really doesn't do well when the chips are down.

Anyway, not worth debating really as he really should be gone by Monday, because the alternative is risking ripping up all the goodwill and bridge building that's gone on in the last few years.

Maybe Evatt's time is up. The players have let him and the club down, big time. But lets not disrespect Evatt, for what he has achieved at the club. A promotion and two Wembley appearances. Not many managers could manager that.

The players don’t know what they are meant to be doing, it’s on him - they are all his players, his choices.

I mentioned after the last game when he sat looking at the floor for most of the second half that it looked like he was having a breakdown.

After listening to his interview today it definitely seems like all is not well with him.

A ball comes into the box, wev'e got two defender taller than their forward, goal. Wev'e got probably the best keeper in Div1 who passes straight to an opposition player in the box, goal. Evatt's fault. Like i've said the players should take a lot of the blame, for today anyway.

He will though as everything is the problem and not him. he is completely lost. Just because you say it works doesn’t mean it works 
 

let’s get it right he’s been given a free ride. Plenty of other managers would have been driven out by now but folk have continued to back him.

I wouldn’t say weak man as that implies a whole host of shit that doesn’t need to be. What he is however is a lower league manager. My mates dad was a ref for his league when he was at barrow. He doesn’t have one good word to say about him
