In your opinion. And I probably agree with most of it. But there's no need to invent/twist things he's said, and go full-on rabid.

There is because the FV and those Swiss investors aren't doing this for their love of Bolton, they want to make a profit and their good will, will only last so long. How long until they write off this investment and were in admin AGAIN.

Got to say very disappointing that he’s still in the seat, for what it’s worth I think we will Saturday (I said that v Exeter too)  but it’s just cracks being papered

however that’s the decision FV have made and needs respecting and turning toxic helps nobody

even though IE carry’s the can these players need to step the fuck up otherwise they will get the guy sacked

You think they're happy to be making a £5 million loss every year? how many years can they do that? it's not a charity.

while that is a big part of how ive got to where I am, most folk don't get asked wtf is going on 5 minutes after a shit day at work

True but they are used to post match interviews and after a bad defeat that is the last thing he should have said. I’m more worried that it increasingly looks like SB would go herself rather than sack him.

We've played shit and lost a few games you absolute drama queen. The club isn't on the brink of collapse.

Listening to Evatt's interview, listen to how many times he says 'me me me'. All about him. How hard it's been on him, how he has to take the blame as usual.

Absolutely bang on LW.

I thought exactly that as well; me, myself and I is all Evatt is about!

'That performance doesn't represent me as a manager or what I represent!'...

Well fuck you Evatt but it represents us as fans and BWFC, because we are one and the same, we don't get a choice to disassociate ourselves.

From the best team in the league, to keeping receipts, to the capitulations to Wigan & Blackpool and Oxford as the cherry on the top!!!

We have had to wear all these just as much as that prick has, then has the brass neck to criticise the negativity.

Throwing his coach under the bus says all we need to know about him, weak as piss!!!

I hope this decision to keep IE works out and we go on a 10 game winning streak but I do worry if we concede against Reading early on how the crowd will react they could really get behind the team or it could get really nasty I feel it's on a knife edge

Well if sacking a coach/analyst and Captain is the grand plan to turn this around then i truly am bemused.

That clearly isn't "the grand plan", and it's no wonder you're bemused if you think it is.

Said yesterday I didn't expect him to go or be fired off, more to seek reassurance from SB and get it, which has apparently happened.

On the face of it not a surprise, SB's made a lot about her ethos being one of supporting people inside and outside the club, including in the community, through tough times. There's a bit of inconsistency in that, however, if two backroom staff are being made the short term fall guys.

Atmosphere on Sat now needs to be a supportive one though, no point turning up waiting to get toxic, regardless of how damaged the relationship with Evatt now is. Captain GT and his fragile little lambs need our collective arm round their shoulders, if that happens they might just find it in them to get a result and start pulling things round

Enlighten us then?

Like you and everyone else on here, I have no inside information. If you genuinely believe "the grand plan" is sacking a coach and giving someone else an armband, you are a simpleton.
