He won't go even if we lose. He's not even near being under pressure. We've had a rough start but we have time to turn it around.

I don't even think it's a must win. Plenty of time left yet. Sharon doesn't strike me as the trigger happy type. she's calm and collected and won't panic.

You are well named. Many of us have development which hasn't been arrested and thought he should have gone 115 days ago.

I hope I am completely wrong and he orchestrates us pissing the league. I suspect that the inevitable is merely being delayed.

Duff is a decent manager but his sides are notoriously dull and defensive. Huddersfield have been a dire, defensive lot for several seasons now.

1-0 either way. Please God it's ours.

Our worst kind if opposition.

Stand by for the 'man city arc' and loads of byline cut backs :(

Hugely important game for me this one. Lose it and the pressure on IE and the players grows massively. I think we all need a big pick me up but the players just seem lacking in confidence and need to win this for themselves as much as the club, management and supporters. We have to get behind the team this weekend and however we start stay that way for the whole match.

Way beyond and sick of the excuses now personally.

"Not had a pre season, carrying injuries, new formation, Duff is a tricky opponent, players are nervous", yada yada yada.

We finished 3rd last season,  missed out to play off heartbreak in the final, but that was last year.

We have been averaging bigger crowds than most Championship clubs and a few Premier League teams this season. Fully supported from all sides of the club, top to bottom.

You get to play for Bolton Wanderers in front of a magnificent stadium and crowd on Saturday against a decent sized team. If these players can't be up for it after all that then they are at the wrong football club.

If we lose I don't want to hear anymore excuses. It should be a privilege to manage and play for this historical football club.

Now I want to see that tenacity in there on the pitch. No moaning or players/manager pointing fingers at other people or hiding away on the touchline when things aren't going well, none of it.

Our attitude and mentality is just so weak, when we don't take an early lead or if we're behind on a game, it's like there is no belief that we can achieve something and the energy just saps out of the team and into the stands.

There's only a handful of individuals at the moment who don't shy away and give it there all, especially when we are losing. Im talking about you Kyle Dempsey.

In football and life in general, things don't always go to plan, you've got to push through adversity. And at the back of last season and this season our team/manager are not showing enough spirit to push through.

They can talk all they want midweek, but on Saturday it's game time.

Enough talk now, time to do.

Too experienced for Evatt, knows how to get out of L1 so won’t do for us.

On the transfer thread you said you prefer Vic to Ladapo? We've got 4 strikers IE has paid serious money for, no room for another unless he's a nailed on improvement.

Just remembered Duff is Hudds manager.. that gives me less confidence of getting a win… he knows how to set up to beat us…. Gonna be some screaming and whaling after another defeat.

I’m not going fucking whaling, there’s enough 🎣 on here with that @L/H White

Oh. Is that confirmed?

We don't play wingers :D

Just a rumour but IE collects wingers like people collect comics !

I do but if Vic were to go to Turkey as rumoured we’d need a replacement and Ladapo would have been ideal since he has promotion experience. Anyway it’s irrelevant now he’s at Huddersfield just let’s hope he doesn’t mark his debut with a goal? 🙂

Like Hudderfield . First game of the season Andy Walker scores the fastest goal of the season . Bought the T-Shirt , Walker to goal in 47 seconds.

The away game , first time at the Tri-stadium they had lost 9 at home on the bounce , was never gonna make it 10 especially as they were 2-0 up at half time . Won 3-2 Ricketts last minute .

Dated a girl from Huddesfield for a little while , took her to Huddersfield Bolton in the away end  won 2-1 , wasnt impressed , went on to marry a mate of mine the silly bastard . All glorious.

I don’t think he’s ever been promoted from L1.
