Shite from Southwood, could have done without giving them something to cling onto with 20-25 mins still left.

Still think we’ll score again though. We’ve still got Charles to come on and run at them.

Defence playing really well, knocking away all these lumped in crosses

Following the BN, report says it was a good save.

It wasn't, it was poor keeping.

Nah, he spooned it to the pen spot and easily slotted home

It wasn’t and he just parried it out straight in front of him. Put it this way, it doesn’t go in if Baxter’s in goal

I’ve not put a penny in a bookies pocket in 2024. My go to bet was always 3-1 win- happened once a blue moon. I don’t think it will come in now

which usually means it will

I'll take it that it wasn't then. :)

Bit harsh though to say t'other keeper would have kept it out- they all make the odd mistake or two.

Anyway, just keep it tight and work and we'll all be happy.

Southwood has elected to punch/parry rather than catch a few times.  Easy to take Baxter for granted but the difference is right there, not to mention what looks like a height difference between the two.  Southwood's our no.2 so no complaints, but I'll be happier if Baxter's fit for the local derbies to come.

Reckon we've got more confidence in him as a second keeper than previous ones.
