Our fans are pretty polite on the whole, at home. There might not be many there but I don't see anyone getting pelters.

Don’t confuse apathy with politeness. Don’t necessarily disagree, mind. Saw a tweet last week that described our atmosphere as either 2/10 or 9/10 and never in between which I thought was pretty accurate.

When we play Wigan here it goes from 9 out of 10 at 3.05 to to 2 out of 10 at 3.15.

I've never felt as disconnected from a group of players in my whole life.

Apathy is worst than anger.

There's a soft underbelly within the group. It's generally a struggle to get behind a group that's so clearly weak minded and unable to handle any adversity.

But I really hope they don't get any greif on Sat. They don't deserve abuse or fit to wear the shirt nonsense. I don't for one minute think they don't care.

We just have a collection of players that just don't have the minerals and make countless mistakes.

I appreciate they'll want to say thanks to fans for sticking with them, turning out in numbers each week but if I was the club I'd think about fucking it off and let them make statements or summet.

The players are clearly not upto it.

I think we've seen evidence of Evatt/Markham's data driven approach to signing players to play a very specific way, rather than watching them properly as Schumacher has already alluded to.

We've got a lot of players that moan, flop the hands about, but incredibly soft, will be the first ones to take credit and shout about a goal/victory all across social media. But when it's a defeat, their heads are down and you won't hear or see any reaction.

The photo of Lolos, McAtee and Collins celebrating a goal earlier in the season, all with their low socks, hands in pockets has aged like the most gone off milk you could find.

We need more of the Dempsey's, Forinos, Forrester's and even Thommo's from a mentality perspective in the squad.

Bring a couple of them experienced heads as well as some of the young lads we've seen, definitely give Abimbola & Inwood a go and recall Conway who's played a full season of men's footy in L2.

A mix of experience and youth which is 2 things we have been missing and a bit of quality to go with it.

Huge win.

Don't know why really, with neither side with anything to play for in league terms, but some of ours with a point to prove and maybe a job to hold onto.

Yesterday's battling point, and some youth team players getting a go, might have improved the mood a little.

Zico- get some money on.

I know you’ll not like this as it ruins the vision of the east upper booing massive but I wouldn’t dream of giving them grief.

If it was Evatt still in charge I’d simply not bother turning up.

The lap will be important to Schumacher and the gauge of where we are at with him and I’d hate to think he’d come off thinking we aren’t with him and the job is about to take on.

Can SS not just do it on his own with Lofty? :D

Will be some serious windmilling from east upper if they did. Players are thankfully stopping that😂

At the end of the Stevenage game, we need to send our ladies team on a lap of honour with both of their trophies and make the men’s team give them a guard of honour.

Just have the women's team first with the trophies and the men's team second

That's actually not a bad idea. Get Ju Darby's boys out there too.

Keep forgetting that there is still a game left to play, feels like the season finished weeks ago.

As for what happens after the final whistle, well, depending on the result.

Win = go in the centre circle & just wave at the remaining crowd for a couple of mins.

Lose= wave at the very few remaining crowd as you trudge off and let SS wave from the centre circle.

Pre KO, have the ladies team and the U18s do a lap of applause around the pitch.

Saves any unpleasantness.

Be nice of them to be seen by a full(ish) stadium for their achievements this season.

Although I would take the cup out - my daughters team got a better one for the div 2 Kent U16s league.

I certainly like the idea of celebrating the women's and u18s successes, quite right

best idea might be to do it at half time

I’m seriously considering giving it a miss. I just want to see the back of this season more than any I can remember.

I'm up for closing this side of the forum down till August.

I've decided not to bother until the fixture list is published... June 26th I think.

North Atlantic prawns....? Meh. Give me the Spencer Gulf catch and I'll be there paprika n all.

1-1.

4 year old daughter making her debut, taking my 19 year old lads ticket. Potentially ruining another life. 😎
