Just wondering.

Quite a few threads end up with personal bickering rather than discussing anything.

‘They started it’ is not a response.

There are posters that I want to just tell to shut up,

Then I realise I'm a fully grown adult and that people having different opinions is what helps us develop.

Unfortunately I think some are missing that filter.

Nope. Not 1 person. It’s hard to get worked up about opinions I don’t agree with. I’ll reply or mainly just read it and move on. Most that I have met on here are sound as.

I think the new obsession with winding folk up constantly isn’t a great trait as in reality it’s not difficult to do with a group of internet strangers. But if that floats your boat then crack on.

Nah . Some views I agree with some i dont. I rarely post on political stuff  to keep myself out of the firing line.

I think of here like I do a local pub and apply same rules . I try not to be a dick and I dont get to wound up by anyone who I think is being one.

Takes all sorts to make a good local and it's the same on here.

Same here. Everyone that I’ve met in person is absolutely sound.

Politics seems the great divide and I’ve met/interacted with those on both sides and don’t have a single problem with anyone

You only need to look at when someone needs help on here. Arguments go out of the window…

Just a place to vent innit. We all get carried away, some get wound up, some make a point of winding other folk up.

But I'd have a pint with every single person in here.

It's just a refuge for fuckers to pass their time of day ranting and raving with eachother about shit.

Better thrashing life out in here than on other cesspits of social media or setting fire to hotels or summet.

I think it's just a sign of our current times. Everything is division, there is no room for nuance. You are either for or against. You can't be sympathetic to the plight of Gazans without being an anti semite, you can't acknowledge the need for immigration but also understand there is an issue in terms of numbers in certain places, you can't acknowledge a political success if it's from a party that is against the one you've already stuck your flag in and on and on and on, and it's worse because this is being leveraged daily by political leaders. Division is better for some than coherence.

It's only a social media site, it just reflects.

Personally I only know one person on here. Everyone else is an avatar pretty much, aside from that one poster i wouldnt have the first clue really about who anyone else is.

I have to remind myself sometimes that we're all Wanderers fans, so that means you're all dead sound really. Even those with the dodgy political views.

Thats probably one of the most ridiculous sentences I ever hear mentioned 😂

 🤣 feck off!

Serious! When wanderers fans say “yes he will be sound he’s a wanderers fan” I always laugh. I walk away from most games thinking we have the mongiest fans in the country, and I know I’m not alone thinking it!

I nearly got run over on my bike by a Wanderers fan doing a U-turn into oncoming traffic.

I instantly forgave him because he had BWFC decor in the far.

It does do something. I’d have smashed his wing mirror if he was a dirty red.

More importantly, which one of you were driving around Edinburgh city centre in a tiny car a couple of weeks back?

I've met

@Not in Crawley @Tonge moor green jacket @Spider @bolty58 @BobyBrno @barryk32 and probably one or two others without realising.

And two a man they've all been absolutely superb.

I tell you now - if the shit ever hit the fan - any of the above would have your back - no matter what kind of daft argument you might have with them previously on a football forum.

We bicker a lot - but that's what mates do. And let's face it - I talk to you lot much more than I do with my real life friends.

Genuinely there not one person on here that I don't like - or wouldn't love to have a drink with in real life 👍

I went down to Sunderland away with Esco a few years back. And that's after at least year on here bickering away. Polar opposite in political views, but you soon learn that there's more that unites us an all that.

He was a top bloke and would go out your way to help you. Had a switch like, which I saw when he started calling a young steward lass a slag because she wouldn't let us out the car park. But he soon calmed down and we ended up having a heart to heart about anger management 😂

Any of you tw***s coming up for the friendly against Hibernian on the 19th ? 🍺

Was about to say that was probably Esco in a bad mood trying to run you over  :D

Top bloke. Lost touch with him after my phone died. Any contact details greatly appreciated

That greasy Mongy Craig bloke is testament to that. Wanderer or not, he's far from sound

it is pretty impressive how folk ignore the stuff about him and pretend he is a god of bolton by posting stuff that is already on the internet. i am always disappointed at how many folk i know seem to think it is normal to follow his group

Is it his racist side or his alleged paedophilia that you don't like?
