What could possibly go wrong? Despite Darren Moore’s assertion that they are better than their league position suggests, all the signs are that they are there for the taking on Saturday and I can’t imagine any of us would not be disappointed with anything less than 3 points, especially after our recent heroics.

As the old adages go, it’s 11 against 11, any team in this league can beat any other team on their day etc etc…but we don’t want to think about that do we?

What we want to see is an improved performance, a professional attitude, a clean sheet, goals and a statement win that sets us up for the theoretically tougher run of games ahead.

Watched the start of their home game v Stockport they looked decent going fwad. Should have been 2 up before Stockport scored.

Got to win this though. 

I'm taking the youngest to his first Wanderers game for this. He has shown zero interest in watching never mind playing football all his life, so aged 14 is a little late. 😂

Faal nailed on to score, they also have Devante Cole, who as caused us problems in the past with Barnsley, so this is not a dead cert, but surely we need to be beating teams like this, especially at home!

My lad is 13 and is the same. No interest in sports what so ever. Brainwashed by his Mum and Nan to complain when footy is on the telly.

Its not that Faal.  He got a move to Crawley last year but didn't make an appearance, went to Worthing and is now at Waterford in Ireland.

This one is on loan from Wrexham (who paid £500k for him).

Devante Cole was never going to be good enough for WBA (Ismail took him there after having him at Barnsley) but surprised he's not got a top half L1 club, he's always looked half decent.

Not just that, the eldest went to footy practice every week from 5/6 years old then add a game every weekend when a bit older all the way up to 17. I don't miss those early Saturday starts in mid winter in the arse end of Bury or wherever one bit.

I'm on both ends of the spectrum currently.

My youngest kick off times are 9am on a Saturday morning. 

My eldest last 3 games have been half 4 and half 3 away at Lytham on a Sunday.

Most of our matches this season are over an hours drive away. Havent got another home match until the begining of december.

Me and my mate KD will be flicking the Vs at each other from opposite ends of the ground all game. A handsome win so I can take the piss next time we meet up.
