Sweep
Mrs CWP has just given me one chore today beofre I am allowed out on the booze. On the face of it "change the bedding" seemed like a fairly simple and quick task - it's taken me ages...............how the hell do you get that duvet into the duvet cover properly? Bloody womans work

Site Supporter MickyD Posted January 21, 2006 Site Supporter Share Posted January 21, 2006 Piece of p??ss. Turn the duvet cover inside out. Place your hands inside to the far corners and grab the corners of your duvet. Shake vigorously until the cover slides down duvet. Question: When did duvets stop being called Continental Quilts? Exiled Girl
Put 2 adjacent corners of the duvet in the far corners of the quilt. Hold them there with a clothes peg each (on the outside). Pull the rest of the cover over the quilt. Fasten cover. Remove pegs.
Traf
My advice is as follows: Do not attempt to climb inside the duvet cover to put the top 2 corners in place, it takes ages to get yourself back out. :-#
Guest kempo
Hold both corners and shake, it all seems to fall into place from there.

Maggie Tate
Come on for f??ck's sake, wimmin's work it may be but it's hardly open heart surgery is it? Lay cover out. Fold quilt in half length ways. Shove inside covers. Put the left corner to the, wait for it, left corner, the right to the right, fasten poppers, pick up at the end you've put the corners in and shake. Next week, creosoting the shed. Who knows how to set the video?
