Bitter is warm and flat and plain nasty in my experience. HOWEVER in scotland a good pint of heavy is cold and strong and exactly what I like. 80 shilling is the stuff, or Belhaven Boddingtons Tetleys and Smiths are piss water I drink lager in England and beer in Scotland I do like a nice malt though
