Couldn't Be More Proud

A 2-2 draw, after being behind, playing without regulars such as Diouf, Faye, Nolan, Hunt and Ben Haim.

Big game next week, and the confidence must be sky high, judging the result and performance. Bring on the East End mugs next week, just hope that all the rumours regarding Sam aren't going to down-grade the camp.

Thing is we would have probably been dicked 4-0 if Nolan and co had been playing :nea:

Absolutely superb today. Well done lads.

Bolton's performance today was exactly what was needed after last week's capitulation late on. A dogged backs to the wall display and two well taken goals from the often practised set plays.

Lubo is fast becoming a bit of a cult hero.

I am not saying that we didnt play well today but if we had lost 2-1 we would have been moaning our fckun heads off again wouldn't we? Blaming nicky hunt that he should have been on the back stick for there 2nd goal!

How 1 goal changes every ones complextion on a game!!!

cannot agree i also felt the performance was excellent a lot of ball to feet and balls into channels, granted our goals were set pieces but we did mix it with a lot of on the ground passing and moving.

if we'd lost 6-2 we'd have had to accept on the balance of play it wasn't an unrealistic scoreline

anybody saying different is deluding themselves

Quality.

With all the injuries we had and people out of position I thought we wuld get hammered. Especially when Chelsea got there 2 goals, I thought it was last season all over again.

I can't think of any of the players that played bad, Lubo made a few mistakes but it should have been expected for his first start ever against the Champions away, he looks like he could become a very good player, Andranik ran his socks off again and he also looks more and more like he will become a very good player, Ricky seems to have found his form again, Speed was top class, Miete was solid again and controled the back 4, Vaz Te played very well when he came on and he seems to have toughed up a lot, and that Sinclar lad did well when he came on and he didn't look overwhelmed at all.

They all played with passion which I think has been missing for a while.

Seeing the smug Chelski fans go from exstatic, to gutted is the funniest thing ever.

Then walking back to Victoria through london with all the Chelsea fans giving us dirty looks, I was so proud.
