Sluffy Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Birmingham City have extended the loan of full-back Nicky Hunt from Bolton for another month. Hunt, 25, arrived at St Andrews in November but will now stay with the Blues until Saturday 10 January. He has experienced defeat just once in his seven games so far and will be eligible to play up until the match at Blackpool on the final day of his loan. City are currently second in the Championship just three points behind local rivals Wolves at the top. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ity/7772004.stm
glennboltw Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Won't belong before his shoulder pops put again and back on our treatment table.
HR Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Won't belong before his shoulder pops put again and back on our treatment table. I hope he does well. From what I saw of him in the first half against Wolves he was excellent, apart from his first game Birmingham haven't lost with him playing.
Big_Sharps Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 im pleased for him hopefully when he coems back he pushes hard at trying to get in the first team
YATESY Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 im pleased for him hopefully when he coems back he pushes hard at trying to get in the first team Any future he has The Reebok will be illustrated if Bolton allow him to play for Birmingham in the FA Cup.
globaldiver Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Any future he has The Reebok will be illustrated if Bolton allow him to play for Birmingham in the FA Cup. Why, yatesy? I doubt we'll be taking it any more seriously this year
Rembrandt Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Why, yatesy? I doubt we'll be taking it any more seriously this year ... which is why I'm gald it's an away tie that I won't be tempted into going to. I've seen way too many of these no-interest cup-ties over the last 7-8 years.
Sweep Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Any future he has The Reebok will be illustrated if Bolton allow him to play for Birmingham in the FA Cup. Doesn't have to be the case, we could allow him to play for Birmingham and he could still have a future next season, who knows
Theboybell Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Doesn't have to be the case, we could allow him to play for Birmingham and he could still have a future next season, who knows To be honest i think his Reebok days are up now. I hope he dose ok for himself wherever he ends up. But hasnt figured this year under Megson he isnt Megsons man Greta has the nod and he was even 3rd choice RB behind O'Brien so i think loan will be converted to perminant in january! Just my Opinion FWIW

Theboybell Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 I'd sooner keep Hunt and get shut of JOB. I agree with you but unfortunatly is Gary Megson view thats the important one here!
Traf Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 I agree with you but unfortunatly is Gary Megson view thats the important one here! I agree with both of you. We can't all be wrong! Megson Out! PS how shit must JOB be, if we prefer Hunt?
frank_spencer Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 I agree with both of you.We can't all be wrong! Megson Out! PS how shit must JOB be, if we prefer Hunt? Or perhaps Hunt wasn't as bad as he was made out to be?
Traf Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Or perhaps Hunt wasn't as bad as he was made out to be? Indeed. I can't be arsed trawling back through the site, but I said as much myself.
frank_spencer Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Indeed.I can't be arsed trawling back through the site, but I said as much myself. You really shouldn't stick up for the boo boys targets you'll get accused of partaking in sexual acts with the chairman/megson/tealady
Traf Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 You really shouldn't stick up for the boo boys targets you'll get accused of partaking in sexual acts with the chairman/megson/tealady I couldn't give a toss what others think. Hunt's not the best we've got/had, nor is he the worst. Maldini and Cafu would have got slated at the Reebok, if he was a local lad!
