May 9, 200917 yr Really like this guy If we can get some quality around him, we can go places. It would be nice if the crowd could See how decent he is and the potential he has and Get behind him; confidence boosting could help
May 12, 200917 yr how's he lost his confidence though? he had an outstanding game at boro earlier in the season confidence might be down to being dropped one week, picked the next? Not playing consistently is one Playing in a team that never goes forward is another He's not the only one who struggles when he'as won the ball....the main reason is a huge lack of our players ahead of the ball - as was evident on Saturday
May 14, 200917 yr care to find the official stats on that? i'll help you. villa (h) 24 passes attempted 20 competed 4 failed i work that out at 83% AND manu (a) 12 passes attempted 12 competed 0 failed i'll let you work that one out. lets throw sunderland game in there too. 22 passes attempted 18 competed 4 failed 82% also 8 tackles attempted 7 tackles won 1 tackle lost your right, fookin shit that lad.
May 14, 200917 yr Sorry for my lack of punctuation HomerJay. I was referring to the bad misses against Man U & Villa not his overall contribution in those particular games. Thanks for the interesting stats, I will keep them in mind next season when I imagine he will disappoint me again. I honestly, am willing Muamba to succeed.
May 15, 200917 yr I thought Muamba was awfull against Sunderland, He seemed to be just lolling around the pitch not interested but sticking his foot out when the ball went by ! I really do hope he comes good, but it has to be from the first game of next season or i can't see him ever being a regular starter
May 15, 200917 yr Muamba is a young lad. Give him time About 5 years with good behaviour for impersonating a footballer.
May 15, 200917 yr [i really do hope he comes good, but it has to be from the first game of next season or i can't see him ever being a regular starter He's a promising player who needs a bit of experience alongside him in midfield to fulfill his potential. He will be a regular starter all next season.
May 15, 200917 yr Muamba is a young lad. Give him time Sorry about the copied reply. Im one of those people who use my mobile for internet
May 16, 200917 yr MOTM today for me Pity about the miss, again, but did his usual stuff well, but also carried us forward better than before. Getting there
May 16, 200917 yr MOTM today for me Pity about the miss, again, but did his usual stuff well, but also carried us forward better than before. Getting there Muamba loses the ball under his feet in the area everyone gets on his back Basham does the same and it's 'bad luck Chris' Muamba and Elmader had great first halves everyone was shocking in the second
May 16, 200917 yr Did anyone notice that both goals today came after Muamba had missed a golden opportunity to score.
May 16, 200917 yr Did anyone notice that both goals today came after Muamba had missed a golden opportunity to score.Bit harsh for our goal that. Elmander played the ball behind him. He had some good moments today. In the first half he was the one player willing to put his foot on the ball and have a look what was going on around him. But the bad moments were comically bad. Two ridiculous scuffed shots and another time in front of the West Stand when he let the ball slip under his foot when under no pressure.
May 17, 200917 yr Did anyone notice that both goals today came after Muamba had missed a golden opportunity to score. The first he helped create and the second was down to poor defending. The problem is that muamba should be playing as a defensive midfielder. His game is suited to stopping the opposition. Because muamba has more energy than mccann, he always ends up being the midfielder breaking forward. but he's not comfortable in those positions. ideally we need mark davies playing centrally to allow muamba to concentrate on playing in the position which suits him. I don't know where this comparison came from between Muamba and Patrick Viera but it's unrealistic and unfair. People expect too much from him. The truth is that if his attacking abilities were as good as his defensive abilities, he would be playing for a better team than us. Muamba should look to Claude Makelele for inspiration, not patrick viera. keep things simple. read the game, win the ball, simple pass to nearest player. Thats pretty much all makelele did, but he perfected it. Makelele rarely found himself in the box, he just broke things up for chelsea. Playing three in midfield would definately allow muamba to concentrate on defensive duties and allow davies to concentrate on getting forward. Muamba could be a vey good player if he can play to his strengths.
May 17, 200917 yr To sum this lad up very easily, he is quality when he is under pressure. He has very quick feet and yesterday did some great things. The problem is when he has time to think and has the ball on his own somewhere on the field. I think he is a great prospect for Bolton
May 17, 200917 yr Maybe in a few years he'll be an average player? who knows? but right now and from what I've seen most of this season he's a pile of steaming shit who is stealing a living as a "footballer", he might get the odd tackle but thats it, I rank him in terms of shitness with Gerald Cid... and thats pretty much as bad as it gets.

Your opinion is now pointless, if you really think that then your thick as fuck because that obviously isnt the case.
May 17, 200917 yr Your opinion is now pointless, if you really think that then your thick as fuck because that obviously isnt the case. He's struggling in this league and no point falling out over him. Sign a couple of decent midfielders he wont get in the team anyway. He'd be better learning the game in the reserves, playing against all the talented youngsters from other teams. We,ll find out how good he is then.

Thats sounds more like sense to me, if he has competition for his place he will have to up his game just to stay in the team. Im sure there will be some midfielders signed in the summer, lets hope theyre good uns!
May 17, 200917 yr Your opinion is now pointless, if you really think that then your thick as fuck because that obviously isnt the case. My own two fucking eyes tell me that is the case!. He's utter utter shit, can't beleive we paid ?5m for him!. Thats my opinion and if makes me "thick as fuck" then so be it, I stand by it.

To say he is worse than Gerald Cid is utter utter shit and thats what puts you into the numbskull bracket.
