Hull manager Phil Brown is so angry with his players following the 6-1 defeat at Liverpool that he has banned them from the club canteen. "It is a strange punishment but the manager feels it is time they quite literally stop getting everything on a plate," says a club insider.

Girl I work with knows the chairman really well, and apparently he's got till christmas.

 

He didn't help himself though when at a board/directors piss up he answered a question about his greatest moments in football, to which he said they came as a Bolton player.

 

When the answer I think they were really looking for was getting Hull into the premiership and keeping them there.

I think, most importantly for him, he needs to concentrate on managing the team. They?re not doing very well at all.
