Parking

Okies after a few games in a few years mainly because i can be bothered with the queue to get away from the Rebok , i have decided to get two season tickets for me and my lad.

But does anyone have any good ideas of where is the best to park away from the ground , this is because i cant be arsed getting home at 8 on saturday night ,

on the away car park :drinks:

Car Park near the Barnstormers can be okay for 3 quid or park on Bonny Lasses pub car park then you can have a pint :good:

RBS

Oxford Street area

10 min walk and away quickly

u can park at the bromilow arms, and serves a good pint as well.

The double-glazing company on the corner near Barnstormers - Heritage.

Season Ticket ?90 and all proceeds to Salvation Army

u can park at the bromilow arms, and serves a good pint as well.

See my post :pardon:

get the train.

ive never undestood this issue with getting away from reebok.

i think pretty much every stadium in the country is just as bad.

its 30 mins max.

Maybe if you ask nicely then every bugger will stay in the stadium so you can get away and get home PDQ. I've not been to a stadium in the world where I've not got away from quick, and that includes Burnden when only 6k where on.

Leave 20mins before the end most do.

park on scotts bar/premier inn car park, costs a fiver, but if you beat the buses your straight off.

Brazley community Hall just off Chorley New Road opposite St Josephs School. Free, always get a space even if you turn up at 2pm+, 5 min walk to the ground down the alley that runs along the side of the school and very easy to get away (north bound anyway). I get back to Chorley at around 5.25pm on a saturday kick off.

Get the match bus, it's cheap, always on time and you can have a beer or two. :good:

Like a previous poster said let the train take the strain. ?2.60 return and you can get as wankered as much as you like.

Sweet Green Tavern at 1230 and I might even let you buy me a beer.

stadium car park is good if you get away before the buses and are heading for the M61.

if you're heading for the other side of town then park on travis perkins and walk down

As Casino said, it all depends on where you live. No point parking near Chorley New Road if you're heading towards Atherton/Westhoughton, etc.

More detail required.

Egg zakaly, or the road right by it - Lynstock Way or wahteverthefuckitis. :good:

See my post pardon.gif

He probably did, but think Frandsen08 is a bit young to know the Bromilow Arms as Bonny Lasses.

Anyway, beltin spot to park if you live on west or south side of Bolton.

Eliminate the problem entirely by simply moving to Horwich. I did and now I walk there and back.

Why is there such an obsession with getting away from the Reebok quickly?

Best bet at the end of the game is chill out, have a beer or coffee, let the traffic die down a bit for 30 minutes.

North Wales can't be so exciting that half an hour is going to hurt can it?
