newton_white Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Not ashamed to say I cried when I found out. Had the pleasure of meeting him briefly and its the only time I've been awestruck. Hopefully the club will come up with a fitting tribute. RIP Nat. A legend in the truest sense of the word.
Moderators Carlos Posted January 16, 2011 Moderators Posted January 16, 2011 Was lucky enough to meet Nat and he was a proper gent, taking his England caps for kids to wear at the Junior Whites. His house was like a museum to his career. RIP Can't believe that the club's announcement has a Tesco advert on it.
Smiley Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 RIP Nat. Not much else to say. Fondest memory was when he was on ITV explaining Blackpool's Sherpa Van Northern Final penalty miss that virtually hit the Normid.
