So How's The Huge Flag Going

for Monday's game, that will be passed across the crowd paying respect to Nat?

And could possibly be placed in the empty seats in the South Stand on a regular basis?

You would of hoped that the club, liasing with the various fan sites / supporters clubs would of organised something...

I very much doubt it though...

The scousers have em for any oportunity...Stoke even had one on Saturday...

That 12th man one at Stoke was embarrassing. Easily comparable to 'the drums', so I'm glad the Club hasn't folded so far.

I hope theres one to pass over the heads of everyone

Why not contact the club about it rather than waiting for them to contact you?

About 20 odd of us have all chipped to for a 15x8 foot one.

RIP Lion Of Vienna through the middle. England badge in the corner, as they had no Wanderers badges.

We're collecting Sunday.

Spoke to someone at the club yesterday, who'll be arranging where to put it.

I would guess that in every case, it was the fans who organised the flags, not the clubs.

What about those ones at Chelsea?

Well, club involvement or whatever, well done Ry & others in getting off their arses and trying this, instead of moaning about it on t'internet

Not sure yet, the club are getting in contact on Monday.

It cant go in the upeer tiers as it covers the advertising boards. So we'll just have to see.

Thanks for the contribution Jules.

With any extra moneys, we are getting the 1958 cup final badge added at a later date. :good:

Fuck the advertising.

well, yes - other than showing our appreciation for nat, nothing matters on monday

i understand the economics of football but, i believe mondays gate will be boosted by nats death

i'd support the club making a very sizeable donation to the hospice in the name of nat - and i'm not talking a few thousand!

It could cover the Owen Coyle's superwhite army sign.

It could also hang where they had that big poster of Chungy before Diddles nicked it to wank over

alrite lads the badge were guna av put on in the next couple of week is the one at the top of the book of condolence @ the reebok collectin the flag in the am

I'd like to see all the flags back there, thought it looked class. I know it probably cost them a bit to make the sign but the home made flags look better.

except that one with the genies lamp or bowl of gravy or whatever it was.
