athywhite1958
We had Bury AFC last night on Colls, we won 3-1, part of my 'committee mon' role is to look after visiting officials, at half time I was asking them 'who are you really' they said they will still play at Radcliffe this season and take over at Gigg Lane the season after, he said those that have bought the ground will not be the new Bury team as they are in essence a pub team, than he spoke about combining the 2 clubs, they really don't know what's going on

Moderators Carlos Posted July 6, 2022 Moderators Share Posted July 6, 2022 Entirely from the outside, who are they? They aren't Bury FC, they are just a club from Bury, with no ground who have played in the Counties Div 1 North, an awful league. Granted they've got a load of fans for that level. It plateaus out in the league above when South Shields couldn't buy their way out, despite getting over 2k fans. Which is way more than Bury FC got in the actual league. Their first games last season had massive coverage from the BBC, these cunts don't know where most clubs in the north west even are.

athywhite1958
Good night on Colls against Bolton B Team, a great turn out from Bolton fans, great to se so many 'old faces' on, a hard fought 1-0 win to Colls in a good run out for both teams, as usual a big thanks to Bolton Wanderers for fulfilling this annual fixture, it means a lot to us at Colls. athywhite1958
Good game at Stafford yesterday where Colls won 2-1, as the Colls players were celebrating with the fans at the end of the game the selfish Stafford fuckers turned the floodlights off which meant they couldn't even 'warm down'

Ruba Mustafa
Local derby at 3pm on Boxing Day, ATHERTON LR versus DAISY HILL.
Ruba Mustafa
A festive ding dong served up to a crowd of 200+ The sticky pitch meant there were lots of flying tackles in this hard fought local derby that ended 1-1. Daisy played neat football and their industry earned them two penalties in the first half. The first one was scored but the second one was well saved by LR keeper. LR rattled the crossbar twice one first half but Daisy keeper wouldn’t be beaten so 1-0 to Daisy at h/t was a fair reflection of play. The second half was more level, Daisy were the more skilful team but LR never gave up and were awarded a soft penalty in the 90th minute to equalise. Honours even, LR supporters celebrated like they had won, If Daisy can start turning possession into goals then they will get promoted. Moderators Carlos Posted December 28, 2022 Moderators Share Posted December 28, 2022 They are paying Evo wages in Counties Div 1. Or they were start of the season. Pilks have won 13 from 16, Daisy are nowhere near them, with 1 up and 1 play-off spot. Rest of the league is absolute shite. Point proven when Vauxhall, Wythy Town and Avro went straight through it, to the top of the Counties Prem.

Ye fair play to them, got a good team together an pay them feck all apart from £10 win bonus. They did some good recruitment, went and got the better players from West Lancs and Lanc Sunday league. They may be doing an U21s / U23s next season too. Could be an option for my lad I recon. Edited January 9 by Pablo
