Hate to be a killjoy but can we stop tempting fate with all this talk of getting to Wembley. :pardon:

Did you go last night? It's all part of the process of winning a cup game. You're going to Wembley until you lose the next game. It's the rules.

I have no doubt that the Crawley fans will be singing about going to wembley too. It's what football fans have done for years.

is eddies dob about to define his bwfc jcl status.

I did mean just the new Wembley, although being 19 means that I only got to the old Wembley twice, with a very poor record of 2 losses to Watford and Villa.

As much as I agree that only the final should be at Wembley, and yes it would be easier at somewhere like Old Trafford, all I was saying is that the possibility of having to go to Wembley twice certainly isn't something that is worrying me. Anyway like somebody has said, this is seriously tempting fate ;)

No Mickey, I didn't. I couldn't justify a 528 mile round trip midweek, missing an afternoon's work, getting in at 3/4am and the wrath of the wife etc. after Sunday and I will be there this Sunday also - does that make me less of a supporter? Your points are valid, however, my comment was an off remark from someone who is a little superstitious when it comes to cups and should have been read as such.

My point about you going/not going last night was more to do with the crowd singing

Wemberlee, Wemberlee, we're the famous Bolton wanderers and we're going to Wemberlee.

and

Que Sera Sera, whatever will be, will be. We're going to Wemberlee. Que sera, Sear.

It is all part of the magic of the FA Cup that thousands of Wiganers failed to turn up for last night.

I know clubs do it every and they never all get there.

It is a bit like being by far the greatest team the world has ever scene when drawing 1-1 at Stockport.

or 'we've got the worst team in the world' when 2 down at stockport

followed by 'wemberlee, wemberlee' when entwistle equalised

Any European 100%ers on here?

Any European 100%ers on here?

Yes me. Including going to Belgrade in a minibus with a wannabe Formula 1 driver. :D

two centre holidays are all the rage :)

Any European 100%ers on here?

missed one i think

You might as well have missed them all mate:)

Right. We've not got a lot of money to splash about, we've had times when we could only muster 4 subs, we're running out of full backs. Am I the only one that thinks if we get into Europe next season we could well be fecked - either for money if we spend it or for staying up if we don't? But I'd love us to win the FA Cup again.

I wonder if it'd be considered rude to win the FA Cup but say no thanks to the offer of a place in the UEFA cup.

Well, if the scum can say no to the FA cup surely we could say no to a minor european competition.

Fuck that mickey, i dont think we will make it, but what id give for us to make it.

We can play the reserves if its a problem.

Or let coyle play

Am I the only one that thinks if we get into Europe next season we could well be fecked.

No, not at all.

I've said the same thing myself.

No, not at all.

Good. Another sensible person :D

(sensible = agrees with me)

And also from a purely selfish point of view, I'm not my finances will stand up to a full-on European campaign just yet.

missed one i think

Like wise.

An unfortunate clash with a family holiday.

Any European 100%ers on here?

:good:
