Toasted Sandwiches

Recommended Posts

How much better do they taste than normal, cold, flacid sandwiches??

Wasn't particularly looking forward to my hastily made cheese and onion butties, but after a couple of minutes under the panini/grill thing here at work they were bloody lovely.

Followed up by a packet of Seabrook 'Hot n Spicy' (Desi Curry) and a red cherry fruit corner, I'm a content man.

I thought that all sandwich toasters were used once and then put at the back of a cupboard before being chucked a couple of years later?

He's posh. This isnt a sandwich toaster, its a panini grill.

Very continental!

No, that's bread makers. Trust me on this. Sits right next to the juicer and just along from the pasta maker, which is just behind the George Forman grill for one.

Indeed.

There's a selection of teas, coffees and soft drinks available at all times too. :good:

(apart from when the secretary is too fucking bone idle to get fresh supplies in - hence fruityteagate a couple of months back)

I agree.

.. but we've got 'normal' tea, Early Grey, some Japanese stuff (I can't read the label) and numerous fruity ones.

We're proper posh.

Get this. We've even got both white sugar AND brown sugar.

Surely that would make the pickle hot. Sounds wrong to me. :nea:

it does make the pickle hot, and it tastes OK.

You used to have hot cheese and pickle toasties when you were little and never complained then
