to be fair when I got out in 2009 it wasnt looking great. Our office had gone from 13 to 3 and it aint bounced back yet.

Therein lies the difference; skills shortage in our industries (IT and oil&gas) means demand will remain high

 

We've doubled in size in the past 18 months

 

It's never ever easy though and I think next year will be tough for most folk in business
