royal white Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Can anyone reccomend a decent physio to get me sorted for NYE? I have had Sciatica before but only for a few days, this time its been for over a week....a 12 hour flight on boxing day didnt help either
C86 Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 I've it had since Oct 2010, just had an injection in my spine, been great until this afternoon... Just get Ryan Giggs DVD and do the stretches. My physio (NHS) back in June gave me stretches to do which have strengthed the musles around my spine.Do half an hour each morning. At 46, 6ft and 15 stone can nearly put my leg around the back of my neck! Can bite my big toe nail, last time I could that I was 2.

Breightmet Boy Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Percy Webb lives in a area of Wigan, Atherton I think. I've heard nothing but rave revues about him. Used to do some physio for the Wanderers apparently and has plenty of stories to tell during treatment
