Car, without a doubt, costs about ?7 a day in fuel. But i do like that alone time in the car tbh.

I work 10mins away from home,its important when your'e on a pittance.

worse place ive worked to get to is stockport.from my end a fucking nightmare from start to finish.

 

ended up making site starts 7am to avoid the chaos.

 

furthest ive traveled without digging over is probably leeds or wrexham...

i do chester //well broughton n wales every day have done for ten year shift work takes an hour tops but price of fuel i couldnt do it alone 5 in lift share

I do Bolton - Marple, I set off 6.15 and get to the gym at Romiley for 6.45. I'll leave the gym at 8.15 get in to work for 8.25. If I was go straight to work for 8.45 start I'd have to set off from Bolton around 7.15.

Going home ain't too bad, set off 5,10 and get home around 5:50, if its busy at junction 18, Simister it may get 6pm.

no worries pal ive got a few mates work wrexham and deeside all aviation work giz a shout if you do comute might be a lift share goin ,saves me 70 quid in juice a week would cost mi 90 a week otherwise ,600 mile a week soon fucks ya car up aswell ,tyres ,bearings etc all factors to consider , plus one down side is if your cars out of action how do you get there ,not tryin to put you off but these are the qs i asked misen before i took job .hope it all works out for ya
