Site Supporter MickyD Posted January 1, 2012 Site Supporter Share Posted January 1, 2012 Never heard of him. Been watching the whites for 38 years, was he one who just passed me by or was he playing pre 1973/4?

Lever Ender in L.A.
Proper good Farnworth lad.... Carl was Alan Ball's best mate, he played for us in the mid 60's although I can't remember him getting out of the reserves, he is quite the character, always loud and telling jokes, and a really good laugh, always the last one to leave the pub, I was with him at both Ian Greaves's and Nat's funerals, and he was the life and soul of the after funeral get togethers and was knocking out his book even then, he is still a regular at the old players dinners,
