beer_swiller Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 Once again the arguement that they should be allowed into the English league will become topical. They will have a valid point though, why should Swansea Cardiff and maybe Wrexham again next term be included in the English league, whilst the Welsh have a league of their own? I believe they should stay where they are. Quote

I believe they should stay where they are. hasn't the welsh league not been going that long? that's probably why there's also Newport and Colwyn Bay off top of head playing in England presumably there was no league for wales when cardiff, swansea etc first started in any event, Celtic and Rangers don't have a valid point and can fuck off Quote
Sweep Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 Berwick is in England and they play in the Scottish league system for some reason Anyway, I agree that there will no doubt be more discussions about Celtic/Rangers coming into the English league, I don't think they should be allowed to, but if they do they should start in the conference and have to work their way up Quote
Guest Blixa Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 If Scottish independence gets passed, all be academic anyway. Quote
Traf Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 I won't shed a tear if Rangers go bust, I just hope Celtic have the good grace and decency to follow suit. Quote
Site Supporter superjohnmcginlay Posted February 13, 2012 Site Supporter Posted February 13, 2012 when they are deducted 10 points they will still be 9 points in front of third Quote

no balls Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 pompey too Yes, but that judge said Milan Mandaric and Harry Redknapp were men of integrity so it's not their fault. Quote

Did I hear right ? Rangers have a ?50m tax bill ??? Really dont understand how these clubs get the high tax bills - if they are losing money year on year it cant be corporation tax. Maybe some clever accountant on here can explain? Quote
no balls Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 Football. It's merely an extension of politics in Glasgow, but you can't blame them seeing as the standard of football is poor. Let's hope the bomb chucking half has the same accountant as Lester Piggot and they both fold. Quote
