DIPS Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 We don't need another court jester, that's what they're paying Robbie Blake for. Perfectly highlights how resources are being wasted, when we're millions in debt. Quote

The Wanderer Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 ivan 'the defender who couldnt defend, so was moved into midfield' campo organising our defence. brilliant I thought he played defensive mid brilliant, surely his experiance would give him a good chance of being a half decent coach. Supposed to be a brilliant character around the place too. When i was in school a lad in my year, 15 at the time, had a trail with bwfc. After his trail he was asked to wait in a room as one of the coaches wanted a word. Campo walked past and saw him, nipped in and had a chat with him then played him on fifa! Scored a goal with himself and belted out a rendition of "IVAN CAMPO! IVAN CAMPO!" Quote

jules_darby Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 ivan 'the defender who couldnt defend, so was moved into midfield' campo organising our defence. brilliant Yeah but that's because his legs were gone, not because he didn't actually know how to defend Either way it's a complete non-starter Quote
Juan.Kerr Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 ivan 'the defender who couldnt defend, so was moved into midfield' campo organising our defence. brilliant No. The Ivan Campo who played 85 times for Real Madrid and 4 times for Spain. That Ivan Campo. Quote

All we know that if (and it's a big an if as you'll get) he comes back the only role not up for grabs is team joker, Blakey's got that gig stitched up. Quote
Members DazBob Posted February 14, 2012 Members Posted February 14, 2012 Much as I love Campo, we don't need a distraction of ex players coming back to add their two penneth. All we need is our manager to pick the best team from the players available ... and we need the players he selects to do the basics, ie not let the opposition have free headers from corners. It really is that simple. Quote
