Tactically, He's been very good with a fairly limited talent pool. If we stay organised, committed and work hard, then we've a chance of winning the thing. We've better players than Greece or Denmark and finally a Manager who appears to know his arse from his elbow.

I agree, but teams who win tournaments (and I'm not convinced we will by the way) generally improve game after game, we're doing that this far. I'm pleased with how it's currently going.

Spider Posted June 16, 2012 Posted June 16, 2012 don't think anyone has doubted Roy. I think plenty are aware that, man for man, our squad is not the best out there though. Christ, we've seen what can be acheived with a very average squad in the Allardyce years so I'm not altogether surprised that Hodgson is doing well so far. Beat Ukraine well and we could go all the way. Still think Terry and Lescott need a man sat in front of them though. Terry looks like he's carrying 2 pianos.
