Mounts Kipper Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 “I have been here for 12 games and I have assessed many things that are wrong with the club,” Freedman said. “Let’s not hold punches here – there are many things that need to change and on the pitch is one of them. “We have got to start learning that when we control a game like we did today that clean sheets are vital. “I think we have got to understand the division we are in and what it takes. “The attitude of several individuals has got to be one of seeing these games out. Freedmans comments reading between the lines he's far from happy the attitude of few of them I think we can guess who they are I ope he can ship 1 or 2 of them out that will at least send a message to the others. Using the beer technique right now! It's the hope that kills you, just every friggin time we win I think let's go on a run now then the usual happens. We're a fucking nightmare to support at times, but once you've got Bolton in your blood, it never goes away. Roll on Sunderland, Bolton tll I die! Quote

Members DazBob Posted January 2, 2013 Members Posted January 2, 2013 Second half was a bit of a horror show though and the substitutions really had very little impact at all. Maybe we need more impact subs. Quote

Personally, I worry about his attitude "seeing the game out" means 0-0 or 1-0 The best teams (and surely we should be aspiring to be amongst those in this division?) would see a game out at 3-0 Quote

Wonder if Coyles seen this after his outrageous claims on Goals on Sunday the other day - he needs to openly transfer list at least 4 or 5 of them and if it were me they would be: Tyrone Mears Zat Knight Marvin Sordell send Afobe back Then take your pick from Pratley, Petrov, Alonso It would be really good to see a few told they've no future at the club under him really asert some authority Quote

Seeing as all the players you've mentioned have played in the last couple of games I think it's highly unlikely. Personally I'd much rather he went about his business quietly and professionally. Youri McAnespie Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 (edited) I'd second that, let the players know they're surplus to requirements when he can also add "Don't let the door hit your arse on the way out..." to the breaking of the news. Edited January 2, 2013 by Youri McAnespie Quote
