heywoodwhite Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 From the BBC The agent of Bolton goalkeeper Adam Bogdan plays down reports linking his client with a summer switch to the Italian Serie A. Roma are among the teams rumoured to be interested in the 25-year-old, but his agent, Pataky Tibor, tells Sky Sports: "His manager considers him to be the best in the league, so it's no surprise that Adam's name appears alongside some serious teams that are looking for a new goalkeeper. "Bolton haven't received any offers and they want him to stay." Quote
Garrp Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 cheeky fucking cunts the pair of gypo cunts can go and get fucked Quote
DazBob Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 As said in the article, he's contracted until 2016 so there's no problem. If, however, one of these Italian teams do want to come in with a big money offer then it's great news for us - I highly doubt it though. Quote
DomRepWanderer Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Are they for fucking real? go if you want. http://www1.skysport...11095/8741414/? I don't get your point! nowhere does it say he or his agent wants a move, just a slow day for the press. Quote
tomski Posted May 29, 2013 Author Posted May 29, 2013 cheeky fucking cunts the pair of gypo cunts can go and get fucked Exactly, second time he's imo tried/trying to engineer a move away this summer. Quote
Biggish Dave Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 If his agent is that good he can get Italian teams interested, can we please point him in the direction of Mears as a new client Quote
BOWTUN BAKED Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Very slow news day. Agent in 'trying to get a payday' shocker, snore. Quote
Sweep Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Exactly, second time he's imo tried/trying to engineer a move away this summer. I think he's more likely to be angling after a pay-rise. If anybody was willing to come in and buy him, I would be happy for him to go as I think he could be replaced fairly easily Quote
tomski Posted May 29, 2013 Author Posted May 29, 2013 Perhaps your right, it's the second time he's been saying this and that. I don't think I'm on my own in thinking 'let's get rid' if we get more than a couple mill. Quote
DazBob Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Thing is though, his agent is hardly being aggressive as he's saying he's contracted to us and he's happy. Personally I'd rather have him in nets than Lonergan ... but as Tomski says, if a bid in excess of £2m comes in I don't think there'll be too many would be sad to see him go for that, me included. Sweep Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 anewman will be creaming himself over this news. to be fair, if we signed Buffon, Hart, Neuer or Casillas he would complain that they were shit as soon as they let in a goal. Quote
Carlos Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 If Roma or any other shit club bid decent money, I'd drive the fucker there myself. Quote

Walkden26 Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Did craig gordon retire or did he find a new club? Retired - now a coach at Dumbarton or somewhere like that. Bogdan - Not fussed if he stays or goes. He is replaceable. Quote
birch-chorley Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 I would also like to offer my driving services should they be required Quote
Casino Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Jussi - Not fussed if he stays or goes. He is replaceable. Quote
MalcolmW Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Strangely enough, Roma already have a goalkeeper named Bogdan! Bogdan Lobont (a Romanian...) wears number 1 but has only made around 20 appearances over 4 years. Quote
