jules_darby Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Steinsson absolutely loves BWFC He told my mate that he supported BWFC for years before joining No I know they all say stuff like that, but he is walking the walk and has been at a lot of games. Not all though as I believe he's also scouting. Can't remember who for like. Quote

Garrp Posted December 12, 2013 Author Posted December 12, 2013 Little Whitt could put him up for the neet. Speaking of which When are you making an appearance Youri? Quote
tomski Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 I remember meeting him on a night out after Newcastle away and he was spot on having a chat with me for 10 mins and got me a drink. Quote
Youri McAnespie Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 How come he's retired anyway? Nobody fancy him or injured or 'lifestyle' not conducive to being a professional sportsman? I know it's not always cut and dried but it saddens me when they finish early, I'd be clinging on until I was back on the park again. Quote

MalcolmW Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 His postcode in Iceland was BL3 Actually it was 580, which could be twinned with Astley Quote
Youri McAnespie Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 (edited) I wonder if he's involved in editing his Wikipedia? This seems awfully specific and has a bit of a barb to it... Grétar married his former wife Manuela Ósk Harðardóttir in 2007 and got divorced in 2011. Manuela has one son from a previous relationship. Manuela will get 50% of Grétars wages while he plays as a footballer until she marries again or gets a full job. I know the Icelanders always seem to have a bit more to them an' all (meaning they're not thick as pigshit away from the game) - happen it's him doing the editing (not that it's that difficult)? Garrp Posted December 12, 2013 Author Posted December 12, 2013 Manuela will get 50% of Grétars wages while he plays as a footballer until she marries again or gets a full job. She obviously didn't get a job Now we know why he retired at 31. he's gone up even more im my estimation Quote

Youri McAnespie Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 (edited) I know what Garrp is saying about having his wages comandeered, but playing for about £200 for a tinpot team, surely you wouldn't be arsed tipping half that up - each to their own I suppose. As for his ex, she's alreet but, for me there's only one of 'our' (term used loosely) player's missus that I'd (eventually) donate salt for... Edited December 12, 2013 by Youri McAnespie Quote
