However, there really needs to be a rethink of the phrasing of the rule because he’s gained absolutely fuck all advantage from initially being offside and then running back 5-10 yards to actually receive the ball. Similarly this bollocks about other body parts being offside. If your feet are level with the defender then you’re gaining fuck all advantage from your arm being stretched out 30 yards from goal before you’ve even received the ball ffs.
