No it’s a Friday night in March

Think there was issues with the stand against Newcastle in the cup

Thought they’d dismissed the “issues “ as pissed up geordies not moving from central area / tunnel? (Sounds vaguely familiar)

Shame, way tickets flew out could have done the 4500

Reading that the ground holds just shy on 40k but now can only sell 30k due to restrictions, I like Hillsborough but it needs some modernisation

Great old ground when in your seat but the access is shocking even now.

Archibald Leitch and co didn’t take into account vile druggy thugs when designing

10 points a game so ST holders start on 230. Sales usually take three steps down before get to ST only

Nightmare that Exeter away will be 90% Werthers and tartan blankets who can do every away on official coaches.

May have a cunning plan for that

Apologies if folk think I’m bleating on. But after yesterdays disappointments and discussions - I’m more convinced than ever, with our growing away interest, this is the way we need to go.

And ideally quickly before Morecambe, Exeter and Bristol

I suspect that will be very much the exception compared to in the past when you consider a) how few are bought in person these days b) how many games have been sold out before season ticket holders and c) how many of the general sale ones will have been forced to assign online

Also don’t forget there was a priority period for x number of away games for Burton away under Parky and that was with nothing even close to the factors mentioned above

Bolton lad, Jack Harrison scored an absolute screamer for Leeds today. As clean a strike as you could ever want- still rising as it went in.

EFA

edit - yes, I know he was born in Stoke but he moved to Harwood as a baby.

This match is pretty dull.

Preston not good to watch. Surprising given they're a championship side.

Really do think, that if we could get up there, we are prepared and wouldn't struggle.

Hard to judge PNE against opposition like Spurs rather than a league game. Particularly when you consider when we played Villa in the League Cup this season and they looked like they were on another planet. In truth it’s probably the most distorted league in the world in terms of resources when you look at the promoted teams versus those that come down from the Prem so would take a hell of an effort just to stay up.
