I agree but surprised nobody’s come for him given the way he’s organised the club. Maybe they have behind the scenes and he’s rejected them? I hope he continues to.

Its two different jobs though, "organising the club" and "getting enough points".  IEs done the first bit superbly, and he's not doing bad at the 2nd.  But he could go to Leeds, Everton or Southampton, do loads of good for the club like he has here with plans to slowly improve the team each transfer window, and he'd be potted within 6 months the first or 2nd time he had a non-scoring/winning run like he's had here each season.

He wouldn't get the support Sharon has given, the fans wouldn't allow it from an "unproven" manager (Nathan Jones has the same issue).  There aren't many long term projects left in any division, as Wigan, Blackpool, Cardiff have shown, IE will know he's one of the lucky managers to have exactly that here.

Wrexham keeper Lainton,   was he at our place at one stage ?

Came up through our Academy and turned Pro when he was with us. Was in the First Team squad for a bit, but never played.

Mullin injured and Wrexham blowing promotion from here would just be beautiful

Probably in a minority, but I'd quite like to see Parkinson have a bit of success with Wrexham. Can't judge his time with us properly as he had an absolute shitshow to deal with.

Now he has a budget probably higher than he did with us and is 3 leagues below...

I like Parky but his style of management is better suited to the underdog. Despite what ITV say Wrexham are definitely not the underdog.

Of course they are the underdog, their budget will be well below that of Sheffield U. Was a great couple of games, and that Mullin is quality.

I have no idea what Wrexham's budget is, and couldn't give a shite. I just think he's a good bloke and came across very well when he was dealing with the Ken Anderson chaos.

Spot on he showed class throughout the Anderson chaos.
