He certainly has the contacts abroad as well as here speaks several languages and could attract upgraded replacements - but it all comes down to how far Pace will back him. Pace has had a load of criticism re his financing of the Burnley and he has run up a bit of debt already - but he's certainly steered the club in the right direction and Prem income will ease the financial side and we'll see how much he is prepared to gamble - I'd suspect a lot if he wants to hang on to VK. They were comfortable at the back and in the middle too - Fleetwood are a different proposition since Scott Brown arrived - no team of his would ever roll over. Very solid unit Yup - held you to a draw but I was even more impressed when they took on Burnley in the cup and only went out to a very late goal despite having to play the entire second half with 10 men.
