They won the league with McCoist, Gazza and Stuart McCall, the 3 biggest pisscans to come out of Scotland since Rab C & Jazza They don’t sing YNWA Alright in my book but still not a fan Bolton used to sing YNWA in my early days. I think so probably did most other clubs.

Man U used to sing it, everyone did. If Man U could sing a "Liverpool" song it shows it was only loosely associated with Scousers then, as in it was them that started it just like all songs are started somewhere. I think it began to change when LFC started choregoraphing the song when the players came out, and it was captured on live games, that others didn't want to be associated with it. Site Supporter MickyD Posted January 2, 2021 Site Supporter Share Posted January 2, 2021 A question for the southerners amongst us: It may be due to my inner childish bastard but as I watch the old firm Derby, every time the commentator speaks about Kent, I wonder if any posh folk or general southerners think “cunt” Cunt is so much better said with a Bolton accent, don’t you think? Bollocks, ask the fans of all the clubs he's managed. Only those willfully luddite wouldn't want him at your club. The obsession with attacking football, the running the team does, the goals. Love watching Leeds at the moment. Better that than watching, say Spurs. I'd rather have entertainment than trophies, maybe the romantic in me. I have more respect for a coach that can adapt and change their principles to suit and get results. Its allowed to have great attacking play and be good in defense you know. You may enjoy watching leeds attacking play, but their defensive play is utterly fucking shite. He was totally outclassed by Jose today and fell in to his trap easier than any supposedly top coach this season. Not forgetting hes faced a Mourinho many times in the past and hasnt won one. Being stubborn and having a one track method isnt the sign of a good coach imo. Same as any sport. Bet your the same kind of dick that never rated mayweather because he was defensive 🤣🤣🤣

Just saying that loads of clubs sang it in the 70s/80s including us and Man U. Plenty of examples but clear as day at 79 cup final MU v Arsenal and I remember Leeds Kop belting it out when they avoided relegation early 80s. Site Supporter MickyD Posted January 2, 2021 Site Supporter Share Posted January 2, 2021 We used to sing it regularly in the mid to late 70s when scarves were considered must haves for a football supporter but worn round the wrist rather than round the neck. Started off singing it as per usual with scarves above heads and then change from singing to chanting with scarves spinning over heads. and you’ll ne- ver walk a-lone you’ll ne- ver walk. I get you might not agree, but comparing him to Holloway is just wrong.
