I think there’s an argument for Gudjohnsen in terms of the player that arrived and ending up at Barcelona etc

mad to think he played up front with the original Ronadlo before joining us

also, Alonso, I thought he played more PL games for us - just 9 apperances over 2 seasons

Rodrigo played more PL games for us - 17, in one season

surprised me that

I don't know if this is in reply to me or not..

Gael Kakuta - loving random players finding their way

He is literally another one of them players we had too early.

Some bloke named "Evidence" is peak Afcon though.

Just looked at squads on wiki. It seems Zambia had a player whose first name is Toaster (Nsabata). Always guaranteed to pop up with a goal at the right time. Fiston Kalala Mayele (Congo) has a ring to it as well, as does Zé Turbo (Guinea-Bissau) and Aprocius Petrus (Namibia) who sounds more like a Roman gladiator. Not much print money spent on the back of replica shirts for Koka and Witi (Egypt)
or the duo of Tó and Show (Angola).

Alonso is/was a great LWB but a shit LB, regardless of the level he's playing at.

Shit on corners too, allegedly...

Tottenham to punish fans appearing to target Chelsea star ...

Majority in championship though I’d imagine.

And then nobody wanted to go anywhere near him so came on trial with us. Probably wouldn’t even pass the medical these days.

Aye, that includes his games in the championships

I remember him playing regular in the championship

I'm on about just pl games (also from wiki), surprised he played so few, thought it was more

Anelka did well after, though had done pretty well before.

The most memorable thing he did after leaving Bolton was miss a penalty that lost Chelsea a Champions League final penalty shoot out.

Francis Lee.

To be 80s especially were a bit cack. Chances of us having players go on to great things were probably quite slim.

Prior to that, there aren't too many on here will have seen that many games, and certainly only a few old enough to see to remember in great detail.

And win the Prem, FA cup twice and golden boot.

Massive weekend. I'd go Madrid too but a draw in the other.

I’d love Leverkusen to win but don’t want to see the bants for Kane if Bayern don’t win. Seems odd to say as    I hate Bayern

In Spain it’s Girona all the way. Italy Inter will walk it

I like Kane and wish him all the best

But there's something funny about him winning nothing at spurs other than golden boots

So leaves to win things

Goes to a team who've won the league something like ten seasons in a row

And only wins a golden boot
