Traf
United at home for me. Is the right answer. Possibly on TV, loads of cash, hope for a money-spinning replay to boost the January transfer pot.

davidjack
Is that right? Please let it not be Arsenal, Chelsea or Spurs again...we seem to have played all 3 a hell of a lot over the past 10 years or so, in both cups.

Please let it not be Arsenal, Chelsea or Spurs again...we seem to have played all 3 a hell of a lot over the past 10 years or so, in both cups. It is. Checked it out on that stats site that disappeared recently when I was bored. Never played them in the league cup, and 3 times in the FA, twice at OT and 58. We drew them in the 5th round in 92, but Southampton had the cheek to beat them in a replay.

davidjack
I remember being really gutted when that happened in 92. We hadnt played em at home since 80...which was why Black Sunday when it came 4 years later was all the more painful.
