What The Club Need To Do...

They need to try and attract some fans back for the remaining home fixtures. Most of them will be "nothing games" and arent going to attract fans at normal prices. We need to get some ticket deals on. Get our marketing team to push these deals and try and get people back.

Hopefully that will have a knock on effect on st sales for the season after

Whats everyone think??

Include the unwaged, immigrants and unwaged immigrants in the concessionary bracket - with the OAPs and Under 23s.

??????

Just a bit of blue sky thinking to drum up attendance...

:)

What the club need to do: Keep doing what they're doing.

Out of interest how much is it for a box or to go corporate and is it tax deductable

And yet you thought coast to coast was pretentious?!

That is pretentious, fuck me it's like those who go to fannys, let's pay more and be the 'it' mob even though it's half price next door

If you think a burger joint where you get a deal for 2 courses for about £12-£14 is pretentious then I'd hate to see where you rate as not being.

You were enquiring about an "exec" box....the clue is in the title!

As if I would get a box up there, a question in general. Fuck me you have really become part of the clique

To be fair to anewman, he did ask a general question.

There is a point if you book corporate as entertaining for a company how much more expensive than a season ticket is it, if you can claim back as tax. .

Let's not pretend that he wasn't inferring that he was interested. We know he has his own company, hence the tax question

From what the accountant says you can only claim VAT.....

Tax dodging scum.

Anewman loves the tax man FACT

to be fair, Anewman has a point as McDonalds is next door & you can get a happy meal £2.00. I can't imagine their cocktails are up to much though.

I don't think the club are doing enough to integrate the large local Asian community.

If they made the match day experience more attractive them, they could turn out in force.

If you had a section of the ground that was alcohol free and sold halal food and also had some praying facilities for them, they could be encouraged to attend more often. West Stand Lower (North side) is a self contained area that could easily be converted for them.

Get round the primary schools of Daubhill, Deane, Great Lever and Morris Green, offering kids a free ticket, if accompanied by a guardian who pays £10. You'd soon fill the ground.

Corner of the North and East facing Mecca. Job's a gud 'un.

its actually a good point

i do wonder what efforts have been made to encourage the asian population

obvs, its more welcoming than it was, but i'd be very surprised if more than 20 folk of pakistani origin turn out

Maybe they don't want to. I'm not sure I'd be 'welcomed' in some of the past times they get involved in. Each to their own.

I'm a Marsologist, so unless they incorporate an area of the ground for me to shove probes up peoples' arses, catering to other religions is absolute discrimination.

It actually wasn't even one of my usual piss-taking efforts either.

ESLSC caters for you already.

Maybe they don't want to.

Shouldn't we explore every avenue of potential revenue streams?

We could sell BWFC prayer mats and taqiyah in the club shop.

not at the risk of positive discrimination, no. What someone's religion or family background is ifuckinrelevant.

It's not positive discrimination, it's creating a friendlier environment.

It could be the family stand as well with no ale sold.
