Talksport trying to make a full day out the sqaud announcement.

Zero chance Madison makes the sqaud.

Zero Chance Wilson makes it either.

Its Southgate, the sqaud picks itself. My dog could name it.

Both of them made it. 😄

No wonder hes picked so many defensive mids, that defensive selection is woeful, wouldn't be surprised to see them struggle even in the group games.

Only one left back could come back to haunt us

Trippier can and has played at LB if needed or they could just play WBs and 3 CBs but...my concerns are elsewhere. Still struggling to trust Maguire and Sterling although both have been good in England games - Dier not so much. We'll see.

Obviously a talented group, I think the defensive side of the team as always been the worry in recent tournaments but we've done well enough to get far.

Certain starters - Pickford .. Stones .. Shaw .. Rice .. Bellingham .. Foden .. Kane

If we play with wing backs I would play TAA at RWB, if we play a back four it frees up a space for a CAM like Mount or Maddison (or play Foden there and play someone like Saka RW) to play behind Kane and have 2 wide players either side with Bellingham and Rice both starting in whatever formation we start.

If Rashford starts it as to be from the left, he's ineffective on the right.
