Qatar World Cup

Right - forgetting the bent bidding process and the conditions of the migrant workers building the stadiums - does anybody else agree that a Nov/Dec competition has the potential to be ace?

Firstly because it will take up most of the traditional Christmas bullshit season so we'll all be talking about football and not festivities. Secondly just for the novelty factor. And thirdly because we can see whether or not our well worn excuse about our players being tired stands up to scrutiny.

Wales have no shape. Holes everwhere

They're called "mines". Used to offer employment from which they could go on strike.

They now realise that if you don't have a job you can't go on strike.

Painful to watch. Barring a bit of Bale quality I can only see one winner - if there is going to be one.

Looking at their squad, I'm surprised they didn't call up Sheehan. Their other midfielders play at MK Dons and Swindon!

tbf they did. He's been more or less off'grid for over a year.

Anyone got Dean Saunders on here?

Hes like a parody :D

😂😂🤣😂🤣

Hennessy surely has to go?

That's a red if there ever one

A ref called Escobar.....

Oh dear, how sad, never mind!

Dodgy ward

I was beginning to think the independent VAR ref was Dai Jones from Outer Caerphilly.

No they don't.  F'kem.

The gloating will be ceaseless if they achieve the faintest success.

Can't see there being much gloating after this :)

Schumacher job that

Ramsey off the pitch though, so not really a disadvantage

a Fucking Yellow

what was he thinking

I like this ref. Reluctant to wave the card, keeping the game moving, no time for divers or rolling about.

But htf did he not give a red (initially) for that.

Like Schumacher on Battiston in 1982.

Just can't see either side scoring - which will suit neither team.

VAR is making match officials too scared to make big decisions in case they get it wrong. Ridiculous really.

Deserved winner

Get the fuck in
